Convenient location near shops and restaurants, and having a kitchenette was super handy. The host was really great and made our stay even better! 😊

our stay in dervio was amazing, but our recent apartment in the area was even better. it exceeded our expectations with its modern and clean design, perfect location near the lake and train station, and the helpful and communicative host. we highly recommend this place for a perfect honeymoon getaway.

One small thing was missing.

Great location nearby, with stunning mountain views. However, it would be nice to have an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk available. The host gave me a really warm welcome, which was a nice touch. 🔥

The apartment at Appartamenti 1 in Dervio was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a dishwasher, electric kettle, and kitchenware. I felt like I was at home, which made my stay so comfortable.

Great location in the center of Dervio, close to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. Good parking options. The apartment is perfect for 4 people with good heating and a small garden. Close to the railway station but not noisy. Ideal for relaxing while visiting Lake Como.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, modern apartment in a great location. It's close to supermarkets, bakeries, the lake, and the village center. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay or longer holidays. The bed linen and towels were provided. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the nearby train station and the parking space for our car. We highly recommend Appartamenti 1 in Dervio!

We loved the newly renovated apartment. The rooms were clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had a laundry machine. The owner, Luca, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to the train station. We really enjoyed staying here as trekkers and a group of friends.

Hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, windsurfing, tennis. Outdoor dining, beach access. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

The rooms and bathroom were well-configured, making it ideal for two couples. the hike to the little village of Corenno Plinio was highly recommended and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with high-quality amenities such as AC in the bedroom and lounge areas. The automatic shutters on the windows were a great feature for blocking out the early morning sun. The ground floor apartment also had a mini patio area, adding to the experience. The location of the apartment was fantastic, offering amazing views and being just a few steps away from the lake. We also enjoyed the proximity to some excellent lakeside restaurants that offered high-quality food at reasonable prices. Having a supermarket across the road was an added convenience. our stay at Appartamenti 1 was a great experience, thanks to the friendly and helpful host, the comfortable accommodation, and the convenient location.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The apartment's distance from Varenna and the ferry required a 15-minute drive, which may be an inconvenience for some guests.

Some guests have mentioned that the mattress in the bed caused discomfort and needs to be replaced.
